Our experienced performance and leadership consultants not only compile the data retrieved by the participant survey, but can also prepare an added individual competency report to include “Strengths & Opportunities” and “Recommendations”. These reports focus on actions each leader can implement immediately to strengthen each competency. These actions can have an immediate positive impact on the entire organization. We consider this particular section to be the most powerful and useful to the leader being reviewed! The reviewed Leader can receive this report and feedback directly from InClarity360, or it can be delivered by their leader or Board of Directors.
